ITNS Internet Services ("ITNS", "we", "us") operates this subscriber portal at itns-network.com. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its rules.
When you register and use the portal, we collect: your full name, email address, mobile number, home address, barangay, chosen username, and password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form). We also generate an account number for you, and we keep the support tickets, chat messages, and notifications you create within the portal, along with basic technical data (such as login activity) needed to operate the service securely.
We use your data to create and manage your account, verify your identity and approve your registration, provide internet-related services and customer support, send you service notices and account updates, maintain records, keep the platform secure, and comply with legal obligations.
We process your data based on your consent (given when you tick the box at registration), the performance of our service agreement with you, and our compliance with legal obligations under Philippine law.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the portal (for example, our secure cloud database/hosting provider and our email-delivery provider), who are bound to protect it, or when disclosure is required by law or lawful order.
Your data is stored on a secured cloud platform. Passwords are hashed, access is restricted, and database-level security rules limit who can see what. While we apply reasonable safeguards, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or regulatory requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to or restrict processing, to correct inaccurate data, to have data erased or blocked where allowed, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To exercise any right, contact ITNS at itns.management@gmail.com.
The portal stores small items on your device, such as your light/dark theme choice and your secure login session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
The portal is intended for account holders who are 18 or older, or who register with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the portal. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ITNS subscriber portal. By creating an account and ticking the consent box, you agree to these terms.
The portal lets ITNS subscribers manage their account, receive announcements, chat within their community, raise support tickets, and message staff. It supports the internet service you receive from ITNS.
You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. New registrations are reviewed and approved by an ITNS administrator. We may decline or revoke access if information is false or incomplete. Maintain only one account unless we agree otherwise.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the portal for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose; not to harass other users; not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other accounts; and to follow applicable Philippine laws.
We aim to keep the portal available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or causes beyond our control.
Any fees for your internet service are governed by your separate service arrangement with ITNS. The portal itself is provided as part of your subscriber relationship.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, misuse, or as required by law. You may request closure of your account at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, ITNS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data under RA 10173.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted in the portal, and continued use means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
